Influence of alkali loss on multi-effect continuous evaporator

(1) In the evaporation operation, it is necessary to strengthen the control of the appropriate vacuum degree of the multi-effect continuous evaporator to prevent the liquid level from being too high and the evaporation strength from being too large, resulting in the secondary steam with alkali. In order to prevent loss of control, it is generally necessary to regularly test the alkali content of the condensate and sewage discharged from each effect. If the alkali content is found to be high, it should be investigated in time to eliminate abnormal factors. In the centrifuge salt washing, the alkali washing in the precipitated salt should be qualified to the alkali content index of the recovered brine.
